It has also showed us the realities of life in a 'gangster' environment which is what that area of South Auckland seems to be. I wonder how many of these violent acts are an indirect result of playing 'violent' video games, listening to violence incited music etc? I don't know what the answer is but it is a situation which seems to be escalating rather than decreasing especially in South Auckland.
